Sandra Allen
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Sandra, our lead aesthetic nurse, is highly skilled, impeccably trained and her caring bedside manner has made patients come back to see her over and over. Her honesty and integrity make her endearing and her beautiful smile is comforting. We are blessed to have Sandra as part of our team.
When Sandra isn’t educating herself on the latest techniques or counseling someone on the best way to achieve their results you can find her skiing, hiking or running with her daughter.
Sherri Bihn
Medical Esthetician
Sherri is our Medical Esthetician with more than 25 years of experience in the medical spa and professional skincare industry. She holds a business degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and completed advanced esthetics training at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics.
As a former local salon owner, Sherri brings both extensive aesthetic expertise and a deep understanding of patient care to our practice.
Sherri is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. She specializes in advanced skin treatments including Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, customized chemical peels, detox facials, lymphatic drainage, and laser treatment consultations. Sherri also plays an important role in supporting our surgical patients with pre-operative skin preparation facials and post-operative treatments designed to promote healing and optimize results. She enjoys educating patients on effective at-home skincare routines so they can maintain their results and long-term skin health.
Known for her warm, approachable personality and attention to detail, Sherri creates a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their skincare journey. Her extensive experience, positive energy, and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside the office, Sherri leads an active lifestyle. She is an avid cyclist, former coach for the AW Mountain Bike Team, and a local road racer. She also enjoys CrossFit, yoga, and Pilates, and loves spending time with her two college-aged children and her family.
Linda Kranzke
Patient Care Coordinator
Patients love Linda! She is kind, trusted, knowledgeable and a loyal member of the “A” Team. Linda says it has been very easy to work for the practice all these years because they consistently produce fabulous results.
On her off time, you might find her dancing with her husband and three grandchildren or in a kickboxing or spin class!
Christian Garcia
Front Office Coordinator
Christian was born and raised in Marin County and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing from San Francisco State University. He is an integral part of the team at NorCal Plastic Surgery, where he not only interacts with patients firsthand, whether scheduling treatments, managing follow-ups, or answering calls, but also brings his passion for social media and marketing to the team. Christian helps keep everyone in the know about the latest news, specials, and updates, creating fun and engaging content to showcase all that NorCal Plastic Surgery has to offer.
When he’s not behind the phone or computer, Christian is a fitness instructor and loves spending quality time with friends and family. He brings energy, creativity, and dedication to everything he does, both in and out of the office!
