Sirena
Practice Manager
Meet Sirena! Sirena’s motto is, “Anything and Everything for our Patients!” Sirena is our Practice Manager and plays a vital role in the day-to-day clinical operations and overall patient experience. After working as a Manager for 6 years at a primary care tech company, she brings her leadership skills and clinical knowledge to our private practice. Sirena truly loves building genuine connections with patients and ensures to advocate for their needs.
Her passion for the medical and aesthetics industry is a perfect match! In her free time, Sirena enjoys spending time with family and friends or training for her next marathon!
Inger
Patient Care Coordinator
Inger grew up on Bainbridge island in the Pacific Northwest, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University with a major in Sociology. After moving to the Bay Area, she found her dream job in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Inger’s passion is helping others achieve their personal aesthetic goals to increase their quality of life. With an extensive background in the health, wellness and fitness industry, her joy comes from facilitating real life transformations. As Dr. Rankin’s Patient Care Coordinator, she loves helping patients along their journey.
Prior to joining Dr. Rankin’s practice, Inger owned and operated her own fitness business for nearly a decade. The function of the human body always fascinated her and inspired her to become a Personal Trainer. Although helping others achieve their fitness goals was gratifying, it became very apparent that there were things that could not be achieved through perseverance and effort alone, and plastic surgery is often the solution. Everyone deserves a life full of quality and happiness! She is here for you every step of the way and is privileged to be part of your journey.
In Inger’s free time, she loves going to the gym, hiking, cooking, writing, traveling overseas and cuddling with her little Maltese named Coconut.
Linda
Patient Care Coordinator
Linda has worked with Dr. Aycock for over 20 years. For the first six years, she worked closely with the doctor as the Practice Manager. Since that time, she has focused primarily on patient care coordination.
Patients love Linda! She is kind, trusted, knowledgeable and a loyal member of the “A” Team. Linda says it has been very easy to work for the practice all these years because they consistently produce fabulous results.
On her off time, you might find her dancing with her husband and three grandchildren or in a kickboxing or spin class!
Sandra
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Over 17 years ago Sandra walked into Dr. Ayock’s office and casually inquired about a job with him…the rest is history. Sandra, our lead aesthetic nurse, is highly skilled, impeccably trained and her caring bedside manner has made patients come back to see her over and over. Her honesty and integrity make her endearing and her beautiful smile is comforting. We are blessed to have Sandra as part of our team.
When Sandra isn’t educating herself on the latest techniques or counseling someone on the best way to achieve their results you can find her skiing, hiking or running with her daughter.
Deserae
Office Manager
Deserae is passionate, organized, and driven. She takes pride in creating a memorable experience for each patient. Her kindness and consistency are highly regarded by our patients and staff alike.
Deserae has a decade of experience in the beauty industry, beginning as a salon assistant where she found her true passion for beauty. The joy of enhancing the quality of life of her customers fueled her growth within the industry. After five years in cosmetology, she focused her interest into medical cosmetics. She has excelled in the world of Plastic Surgery. She looks forward to meeting each new patient and creating an exceptional experience.
Outside of the office, Deserae enjoys outdoor activities with her dogs, fun trips with her family and trying new foods with her friends, relaxing and going with the flow.
